Family Law That Focuses On Your Family
For over 25 years, Cole Family Law has provided comprehensive family law counsel to those in Livonia, Plymouth and across the surrounding regions. We dedicate our practice to finding success for our clients and, more importantly, their children — oftentimes through innovative mediation techniques and alternative dispute resolution.
Our goal is to put your family first. Unlike many other family lawyers in Michigan, we care about more than just the legal challenges you face. We also strive to help you through the emotional, psychological and financial ones as well. We apply this vision to all aspects of our family law representation: divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, parenting time and adoption.
An Attorney Committed To Your Success
The founding attorney of CFL, Kathleen L. Cole, chose to pursue a career as an attorney to help families across Michigan. Ms. Cole graduated from the Michigan State University College of Law with her Juris Doctor in 1995, and has since been committed to helping families across the state start a new chapter.
During her career, Kathleen was also an assistant city attorney in Westland for over six years, where she also served as a prosecutor in the 18th District Court. This also makes us qualified to defend our clients in some criminal matters such as traffic violations and misdemeanor charges.
